History Of The School
Sadhguru Global Mat. Hr. Sec. school is a partial realisation of the vision of the Sadhguru Educational & Charitable Trust which is registered under the trust act. The school had its modest inception in 2011 with a strength of 180. Now, it has grown to a student strength of 900 and a staff strength of 80, including both teaching and non-teaching. The school obtained affiliation to hold the matriculation examinations in 2014 and the higher secondary recognition in 2020. Now, our school is rated as one of the best schools in and around Chenglepet and the credit goes to the wholehearted support of the parents and the excellent service rendered by our dedicated staff who work hard to impart quality education and to produce outstanding results.
Objectives
The objectives of the school are • to accept responsibility for identifying and satisfying the intellectual, spiritual, ethical and social needs of each member of the student community.
• to encourage an attitude of positive response in the students’ minds to the demands of a changing society yet firmly upholding an unshakable faith in the basic values and principles of life.
• to look for talents and skills among the students in the academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular spheres and strive to develop them further through constant exposure and enrichment.
• to persevere in transforming the school into a caring community, practising concern for the welfare of all, with a passion for human relations and collective growth.
To achieve these objectives, we have formulated the catchword – “TRANSFORM” as a constant reminder and motivation for each one who is involved in the challenging task of academic growth and character formation.
